Participation

Participation in Symposium is restricted to Senior and Junior Investigators funded by the Austrian Genome Program GEN-AU.

Registration

Registration will be limited to max. 150, including invited speakers, to foster personal communication among the participants. Registration will be on a first-come basis and shall be forwarded by e-mail to pdl Kongressmanagement (info@kongressinfo.net). Participants, other than invited speakers, are responsible for their own accommodation, and should contact the Hotel Schönruh (schoenruh@kaltschmid.co.at) directly. In addition, they will be charged a nominal registration fee for expenses, such as dinner.

Members of GEN-AU, including postdocs and students: free
Postdocs and students who are not members of GEN-AU: Euro 150.-

In addition, ten Junior Investigators will be selected from submitted abstracts to give 20-minute oral presentations in the late afternoon of January 28th and 29th.

Information for speakers:

Lectures should be prepared using PowerPoint or another presentation software. Speakers may use their own laptop or hand in a CD-ROM.

Technical equipment:

Video projector and laptop with PowerPoint will be provided. On demand a slide projector will be available.
