Tutorial for the comparative sequencing program

  • Each pair of mass and intensity data should be on a separate line.
  • The mass and intensity on a line should be separated by space(s) or tab(s).
  • Either periods or commas may be used for decimal points.
  • The maximum allowable number of lines of data for this interface is 525.
  • The maximum allowable number of simultaneous users of this program is 3.
